Refund policy

At PiWoodArt, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted bee observation hives. Due to the custom nature of some products, including engravings, certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

General Returns

  • Standard, non-custom products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pi-wood.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Custom Orders / Engraved Items

  • Custom engraved items, as well as custom hives for specific frame types, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Please double-check spelling, design, and frame type before submitting your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We will provide a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
