Shipping Methods & Processing Times

  • We ship worldwide using reliable postal and courier services.

  • All orders are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

  • Standard hives without custom engraving or frame dimensions are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days.

  • Custom hives, including engraving or special frame sizes, will be shipped in agreement with the customer, depending on requirements, current workload, and receipt of correct engraving files.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA (FedEx Express): 2–4 business days

  • Europe (Standard Shipping): 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the World (Standard Shipping): Delivery times vary depending on destination
    (Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal or customs delays.)

Insurance

  • Every package is insured except in countries that do not accept insured shipments.

  • Insurance covers loss or damage during shipping, provided the proper procedure is followed.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, it must be reported to your local post office within 24 hours of delivery (as per postal regulations) to file a damage claim.

  • Once the postal procedure is completed, please send the damaged package back at our expense, and we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Claims will not be accepted if the damage is not reported within 24 hours to the post office, as they may refuse reimbursement.
