Standard hives without custom engraving or frame dimensions are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days.

Custom hives, including engraving or special frame sizes, will be shipped in agreement with the customer, depending on requirements, current workload, and receipt of correct engraving files.

USA (FedEx Express): 2–4 business days

Europe (Standard Shipping): 7–14 business days

Insurance

Every package is insured except in countries that do not accept insured shipments.

Insurance covers loss or damage during shipping, provided the proper procedure is followed.
Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, it must be reported to your local post office within 24 hours of delivery (as per postal regulations) to file a damage claim.

Once the postal procedure is completed, please send the damaged package back at our expense, and we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Claims will not be accepted if the damage is not reported within 24 hours to the post office, as they may refuse reimbursement.
